We are proud to announce that our Department is one of the two Italian Economics Departments to win the seventh edition of the Marco Fanno Fellowship competition, organized by the UniCredit Foundation in memory of economist Marco Fanno. This prestigious award recognizes top economics and finance departments in Italian state universities by funding a tenure track Assistant Professorship (RTDB/RTT) position.
As part of this achievement, our Department will receive a three-year scholarship worth €60,000 gross of taxes. The Foundation will pay the fellowship directly to the Assistant Professor designated by the winning department in three annual installments of €20,000 per year.
Following the success of the 2021 competition, this recognition reaffirms the excellence of our Department and our commitment to fostering the next generation of economic and financial researchers.
