SHORT BIO
Francesco is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. His main research interests are in the areas of strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation. In particular, he looks at the role of strategic human capital in explaining innovation outcome of individual and organizations, the role of investors in new ventures’ strategic development and innovation-related performance. Francesco received a PhD in Management Science from ESADE Business School, a MSc. in Business and Administration and a BA in Economics and Business from Bocconi University. Before CBS, he was a faculty in the Strategy Area at Georgetown University at McDonough School of Business, worked as consultant for McKinsey&Co. and for Accenture Strategy and worked as serial entrepreneur. He is active as strategy and economic consultant for firms and institutions.
