The meeting, held on May 12, was organised by the International Relations Development office to strengthen the network with key Asian academic partners and to present the English-language programme. This visit established the framework for future mobility exchange agreements, which have the potential to facilitate student exchanges between the two universities, promoting enhanced cultural and scientific collaboration between Milan and Hong Kong.
Professor Anthony Pang, accompanied by a delegation of 30 students, participated on behalf of Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).
The University of Milano-Bicocca was represented by Professor Laura Pagani (Director of DEMS), Professor Piergiovanna Natale (Coordinator of International Mobility), along with Professors Stefano Calciolari, Luca Corazzini, Valeria Gattai, and Matteo Maria Pelagatti, Dr. Karla Zavala (Head of the International Relations Development Office), Dr. Marzia Spiniello (of the International Relations Development Office), and a delegation of Bicocca University Angels.
The meeting provided an opportunity to introduce the department and focus on the bachelor's and master's degree programmes taught in English, with a particular focus on the following topics: supply chain economics and analytics, global management, statistics and analytics.
The visit concluded with a guided tour of the Milan-Bicocca campus led by Bicocca University Angels.
